Running Late

If you are going to be late, please let me know ASAP via text message or email.

Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in rescheduling your appointment. This would be considered a last minute-cancellation.

Cancellations

Please give at least 48 hours notice of a cancellation.
Upon booking your appointment, I am reserving a set amount of time for your services. Failure to give appropriate notice does not allow me time to fill that spot. To help recoup the loss of income, I am requiring a fee of 50% of the services booked to be paid via invoice.

No Shows

No shows will require 50% of services booked to be paid, as well as a $25 cancellation fee to be paid before being allowed to book another appointment. 
Clients who no show more than once will not be allowed to book again.

Adjustments

Small adjustments for all cut and color services can be made free of charge within 7 days of services preformed if not 100% satisfied. An "Existing Guest Form" must be filled out to request an adjustment. No refunds.

COVID19

If you have been exposed to, shown symptoms of, or tested positive for COVID-19 recently, please cancel your appointment as soon as possible and I will put you on the cancellation list!

Arriving at the Salon

I am located inside the Sola Salons in Brayden Village of Fort Mill. Once inside, go to your right and I am the 3rd suite on your right #103.

 

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for your appointment. If I am not quite ready for you, there are benches throughout the halls for you to sit while you wait. ​

You may also choose to wait in your car and text me that you have arrived and I will text you when I am ready to begin your services. 803-431-1638
